1995
We started Cash Management Business in 1995, by providing escort services to one of the leading banks.
2012
In 2012 SIS Group, leader in security services in Asia Pacific region, and Prosegur Group, world’s second largest cash management company joined hands with the aim of developing that initial cash management business by introducing international practices, standards, solutions and technology, which turned to be the commencement of SIS-Prosegur, as a JV entity.
2014
In 2014 SIS-Prosegur acquired to the Danish facility management services Group ISS the Chennai based cash management company ISS SDB CISCO, pioneer in doorstep banking (DSB) services in India, with a strong operational footprint in south and west, known today as SISCO.
2017
In 2017 SIS-Prosegur acquired most of the business of the Delhi based cash management company SSMS, which offered cash replenishment and FLM activities to ATMs across the country.
2020
In 2020, SIS Prosegur introduced new business lines – Cash Processing Outsourcing (CPO), CashToday, Value Cargo & PEGE - Man Behind the Counter, in its expansion of value added segments. In the same year, we started Network Currency Management (Cash Burial) to support all Retail and Banking Customers

SIS-Prosegur, as part of SIS Group, has been ranked the 31st position as the Best Company to work in 2021 in India, by Great Place to Work and The Economic Times, and recognised for being one of the 15 best employers among Nation-Builders in India.
SIS-Prosegur has been included by the European Union Delegation to India and the European Business and Technology Centre (EBTC) into the selected group of European business champions to set climate and sustainability targets contributing to the “EU Excellence in India” Programme.
